Security practices

  • Encryption in transit — TLS for data transmitted between users and the Service.
  • Encryption at rest — sensitive credentials (for example, integration tokens and mailbox passwords) are encrypted; infrastructure-level encryption applies to stored workspace data.
  • Tenant isolation — logical separation between customer workspaces.
  • Access controls — role-based permissions, audit logging for sensitive operations, and workspace administrator controls.
  • Authentication — strong password requirements; multi-factor authentication where enabled in your workspace.
  • Data residency — primary hosting in the United States unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Incident response — we notify affected customers without undue delay after confirming a security incident impacting Customer-controlled Personal Data, consistent with our DPA.
  • Compliance documentation — security questionnaires and audit summaries available to enterprise customers upon request under NDA where applicable.

Frequently asked questions

Who is the controller vs. processor?

For data you upload or generate in your workspace, your organization is typically the controller and we act as processor under our DPA. For professional directory data we determine independently, we act as an independent controller as described in our Privacy Notice.

How do I opt out of the directory?

Submit your work email via our opt-out form. When your email matches a directory profile, we suppress it automatically. If no match is found, we review manually within our published SLA.

Do you sell personal data?

We provide a B2B prospecting platform. We do not sell User account data. Directory Data may be characterized as a sale or share under some state laws when disclosed to Customers; see our Do Not Sell My Info page and Privacy Notice for opt-out rights.

Do you train AI on contact data?

We do not use Directory Data to train third-party foundation models for general purposes. Optional AI features process only the workspace context a Customer submits, as described in our Privacy Notice.
