Transfer Impact Assessment

This Transfer Impact Assessment summary ("TIA") describes how Vatengi Systems LLC addresses international transfers of personal data when providing Vatengi to customers in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

1. Scope

This summary applies when we act as a processor under our Data Processing Addendum and transfer personal data to the United States or other countries that may not be subject to an adequacy decision.

2. Transfer mechanism

We rely on applicable legal mechanisms for cross-border transfers, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where required, incorporated by reference in the DPA.

3. Supplementary measures

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest for sensitive credentials where applicable.
• Logical tenant isolation between customer workspaces.
• Role-based access controls and audit logging for sensitive operations.
• Vendor review for subprocessors that handle personal data on our behalf.

4. Data subject rights

Individuals may exercise rights through our customer (controller) or via the privacy request form where applicable.
