Vatengi Systems LLC provides B2B professional contact data through Vatengi. Depending on your jurisdiction and how our services are characterized under applicable law, you may have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information about you, or to limit use of sensitive personal information.

1. Remove my profile

If you appear in our professional directory and want to be suppressed from future reveals and exports:

1. Submit your work email through our directory opt-out form.
2. Automatic suppression — when your email matches a directory profile, we suppress it immediately. If no match is found, we review manually within 30 days.
3. Confirmation — we email confirmation when your request is received and when suppression is applied.

2. Your rights

If you are a California resident or otherwise covered by a U.S. state comprehensive privacy law, you may request that we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, subject to applicable exceptions.

3. How to opt out

• Directory opt-out — submit your work email via our opt-out form (recommended).
• Other privacy rights — for access, deletion, correction, or portability, use our privacy request form.
• Global Privacy Control — if your browser sends a GPC signal, we honor it for website-level sale/sharing opt-out as required by law. Submit the opt-out form with your work email to suppress a directory profile.
• Authorized agents — agents may submit requests with proof of authorization and, where required, proof of power of attorney.
• Email — contact privacy@vatengi.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell My Info.”

4. Verification

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights permitted by law.
